We stand behind the quality of our service. If you're not completely satisfied with your METON plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase — no questions asked.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. The 7-day window begins from the moment your plan purchase is confirmed. Simply reach out within this period and we will process your refund promptly.

2. Eligibility

  • 1Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original plan purchase date.
  • 2Refunds apply to the initial plan purchase only. Renewals are non-refundable.
  • 3Only one refund may be claimed per customer account.

3. No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage you to evaluate the service thoroughly within the guarantee period.

4. Refund Processing

Once a valid refund request is received, we will process it within 24 hours. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary and are outside our control.
